All orders are executed by our logistics partner FedEx and are expected to be delivered within 5-6 working days, once dispatched by Tissr. You can track all your orders.

 

We are happy to help you find your perfect fit. Upon receiving your order, if it doesn't fit and you wish to exchange for another size, you can do so within 15 days from delivery date.

 

Before making a return request:

 

- Please make sure the product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes on a non-scratch surface).

 

Kindly pack the shoes in the same way it was received by you so that it does not damage the product on its way to us.  We will examine the product and make your exchange within a 10-12 working days if it is in acceptable return condition.

 

Please contact us through email at info@tissr.in before you return the shoes so that we can arrange a pickup at your doorstep for your convenience. All you have to do is pack the shoes in its original packaging and stick the return label that comes along in the box.

 

In the case of an exchange, we will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer.
